Wearing method
The first week: The adaptation period should not be too tight, let the body adapt first, about 1 hour a day.
The second week: The maintenance period is gradually extended for about 1-2 hours, and the tightness is better for the body to adapt.
The third week: The persistence period is about 2 hours a day, and the body adapts to the tightness.
When wearing it, keep your chest straight and your shoulders back, then buckle the waist belt and shoulder straps to a suitable degree of tightness, pull down the whole correction belt, and adjust the shoulder straps comfortably so that you can eat, sleep, and do strenuous exercise without worry. Recommended to wear.
Regarding cleaning, it is advisable to wash by hand, not machine wash, and dry naturally in a cool place, not to be exposed to the sun. Special reminder that the Velcro barbs are sharp and should not be pasted on the fabric, as it is easy to scratch the fabric. Please use and store the product properly when you receive it.
